[Production cycle]

[Delivery and after-sales]

Generally, after signing an order contract with the customer, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is charged. The factory places an order for production. After the product is completed, a special person is responsible for contacting the customer, providing pictures for the customer to confirm, and clearing the balance for delivery. If you buy any product of our company and find that there is a quality problem (non-artificial, no use) after receiving the goods, you need to return or exchange the goods. 2. The total price of the furniture = online price + freight. The freight is subject to the fee on the logistics receipt, and the freight is paid on delivery;

3. Logistics companies generally do not deliver goods to your door. Please pick them up at the nearest logistics pickup point where you are located. Of course, you can also request logistics to deliver goods to your door, and the logistics company will charge a reasonable delivery fee;

[Maintenance Instructions]

4. Avoid contact with sharp angles or cutting tools to prevent scratching the fabric.

5. To clean the furniture, please use a soft cotton cloth or a soft brush to gently wipe it, and then dry it with a clean dry cloth. Remember to use a hard object to wipe the surface of the furniture to avoid scratching and fluffing;

6. It is necessary to avoid the deformation of leather fabrics and loss of elasticity caused by long-term sunlight exposure to the sofa. In case of frequent sunlight exposure, several sofas should be adjusted to each other at regular intervals to prevent obvious color differences.

7. Avoid rain or excessive humidity that causes the leather surface to swell and lose elasticity or cause the leather to fade, fade or mildew. In case of high humidity, you can use the weak sun from 8:00 am to 10:00 am for 7 days, 1 hour a day, about once every 3 months.

5. The furniture is handmade, and the error within 5 cm is within the normal range;

6. There is a risk in logistics and transportation, and the transportation is damaged. We will actively assist you to solve the problem. If it can be repaired, we will find a master to help you repair it for free. If it cannot be repaired, we will reissue the damaged parts for free;

7. Repair cannot be accepted, and it is required to receive products that must be in good condition. Customers who need additional compensation if there is a shadow in the repair should not buy our products;

8. Online shopping for large-scale goods requires caution. Shipping, delivery, installation and return freight are very expensive. Logistics and transportation risks need to be borne by customers.
